By accessing our website or placing an order with bexon.eg, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, protect both the customer and the brand, and maintain a high standard of service.
1. Product Authenticity
At bexon.eg, we ensure that all products are 1:1 authentic.
Our items are sourced through trusted global platforms and verified resellers. These products are genuine and match official quality standards, but are not obtained through direct brand agreements.
2. Orders & Processing
• Orders are only confirmed once we receive the transaction shown at checkout (25% of orders value.)
• Orders are confirmed once successfully Confirmed and immediately move into processing.
• Orders cannot be edited or canceled after confirmation.
• bexon.eg reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• All products are sourced and shipped based on customer orders.
• Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks, depending on shipping conditions and customs procedures.
• A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.
4. Returns & Refunds
• Refund requests are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Returns are only available for Glasses
• Return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund.
• Returns are free only if the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Returns and refunds are not available for:
• International orders
• Custom or specially requested items

5. Pricing & Currency
• All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
• Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• Offers, discounts, and promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time.
6. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• All provided information is correct and up to date.
• You have reviewed product details, sizing, and delivery timelines before completing your purchase.
• You will be available to receive your order when contacted by the courier.
